The Yamaha PB-1: to play it is to know it and to love it! A classic unit with a well-deserved sonic reputation.
Toneful, punchy solid state circuitry, with an eq section that weds the Fender tone stack to a fully adjustable one-band parametric eq (footswitch not included). Not only does it include a variable hi-pass/low-pass crossover and individual level controls on the effects send and returns, it even features a separate headphone out for silent practicing! All in all, a well-thought out unit that sounds fab. Yeah, it's heavy, but that's the only bad thing to be said of it.
This unit is in decent shape. There's a bit of rack rash/scratching here and there, and one of the power supply cord mounts is a bit bent. Otherwise, good to go.
Price is now $200 shipped in CONUS. Will accept Paypal, cashier's check, USPS money order. Or thousands upon thousands of cowrie shells.
