Whew! opening statement done...I bought this amp from a fine tb,er last august 2011. hes from Canada ok. great guy. perfect working order one hour on tubes since i got it. its been sitting next to my svt classic i bought from gc that same month to compare the differences.
Svt wins..i traded my trusty ampeg ba115 for the tc 410 cause it was a match for a half stack & i wanted a 4x10. The amp is Very loud for 200 watts and a lot of ability in this amp for carving out some tone as well. *there is zero things wrong with either item**
I cant separate these two traynor items ok. i am offering them as one , a package for a mesa d-180 tube amp. 200watts as well. that's right a mesa d-180 amp & you can have the traynor yba200 and tc -410 cab in exchange. Fair deal?
i paid 425.00 for the amp plus s/h i think or as a complete deal. your have to research the posting thread on the sale to find out i don't recall. I am loaded up with gear and lose tract easily. the amp was factory upgraded with all the stuff good bassists love to have. you read about it. kt-88 tubes etc.. not the yba-2002.. older yba -200. 43lbs. tank.
I paid 379.00 brand new for the ba115 from gc. thought i bought american. but didnt. early nativity. anyway i traded it for the cabinet tc 410. new there 680.00.
So this is a 700.00 dollar offering easily for an amp like the mesa d-180. I like the tube sound a lot. **so,s not to sound stuffy i,ll entertain other offers***** I am interested in other nice bass cabinet,s as well i like trace elliot who don't,mesa,svt classic,. not very familiar with other brands except by name.
As far as other heads go i don't know much except what i research about them. i know svt mesa,trace.
NOW....for the rotten news. I want to keep this local to my area please. I realize this request limits my ability to move this half stack and I apologize. S/h is too much to deal with on these items and very expensive for you as well.
