What does it read on a multi meter? And could I get some better pics? They are super small on my phone.

This is the information that was on ebay when I bought it, hope this helps.
This Precision-style split bass pickup was pulled from my late 1970s Fresher Personal Bass – an exact “lawsuit”copy of the Fender Precision Bass produced by the Matsumoto Musical Instrument Manufacturers’ Association during that period. As Fresher guitars were mostly sold in Japan (and a few in the UK), these are rare here in the U.S. The pickups are complete with all screws, shielding plate, and attached foam mounts (as shown).

Normal wear and tarnishing for pickups that are around 25 years old! I did test their output and it is very healthy (I borrowed the multimeter and do not have the exact reading to hand; apologies). Nothing sounds like these vintage, aged pickups!
