1973 Heavily Modded Precision Part-out (?)

Here’s a project P-bass, or just a lot of parts to add to another project. I’d take it on, but have no time for such fun with another kid on the way, and money’s getting tight, so I’m letting it go. It is a 1973 P-bass that’s been heavily modified, including replacing the p’ups for Dimarzios, defretting the fretboard, removing the original sunburst finish, and replacing the pickguard with a wooden one. It’s obviously been played heavily. A nicer way to put it might be ‘naturally relic’ed’. Apart from the pickups, most of the hardware is original and in pretty good shape, minus a couple of random ‘replacement’ screws in the bridge.
As for the neck..it’s been defretted and the slots filled with a soft woodfiller (my fingernail can dent it) The truss rod works, but is at the end of travel to get the relief set. Will need to be shimmed eventually, if not immediately. The rosewood is stringworn and needs proper leveling. The nut is not included. The headstock was sanded down up to the decal, but the decal is still intact…there’s a small section of the bottom tip of the F where the clear coat is gone, but the decal underneath appears to be fine. There are plenty of dings all around, including the headstock.
The pictures tell the rest of the story..there’s a lot in these links:

What’s not in the pictures is the codes on the pots, which are :

I’m really unsure what this bass as a whole would be worth so I think I’d come out better parting her out. I’m taking cues on the prices from ebay auctions and deals made here. I may be asking too much for some of these parts, that’s why they’re all OBO. I’d much rather be talked down by a bass player here than deal with Ebay…If anyone’s interested in the bass as a whole, let’s just say the bass’s price is half the sum of the parts prices, OBO, all offers considered. Once any of the parts sell, I’ll cross them out so anyone who might be making offers on the whole bass knows what’ll be missing….does that sound fair? I would consider trades, partial or otherwise, on any or all of the parts. Looking for jazz p'ups, high mass 5 screw bridge, strings, or surprise me with something...
