I recently was looking through some boxes I had stored that I had not looked in in years & found some of the original parts off my 76 P. I bought it back in 1982 & over the years Frankenstein'ed it to the point of no return so there is no reason to keep any of this stuff.

.. good working order .. I popped them in a bass to make sure they still worked.
I would trade these pups for a full EMG "active" PJ kit ( harness & pots ) Original volume & tone nobs decided to keep
Somebody questioned the that these knobs were authentic 76 Pbass
I'm the 3rd owner of the bass these came off of & I know the original owner & was around when he bought it ... these knobs were on this 1976 P bass from the factory.
