Prewired and mounted on a jazz control plate. Configuration is volume/blend/stacked treble & bass. It's my understanding that this is the same preamp used in the Peavey Cirrus.This unit is pretty compact but will probably require some routing or an expanded control cavity. I just purchased this but chickened out on routing my 62 Jazz reissue. Asking $55 shipped to ConUS.
