These pickups and on board preamp were lifted from a 2006 Jazz Bass Deluxe, 60th Anniversary model. Sorry, no control plate. I bought the bass from a fellow TB'er who had retro fitted Sadowsky pups and preamp to the Jazz, and sent along the original pups and preamp. As far as I know, all the parts are there, but I can't be 100% sure. Pickups are JB4-NK, REV. A , and say SCN on pickup cover. $100 shipped to con USA only. I would prefer a money order, but PayPal is ok.
