I am selling the pickups and electronics from my '78 jazz bass (i have since changed the wiring scheme, and am in search of a better pickup match to the sound in my head)
i removed them a few years ago, as i wasn't sure if i really wanted to move forward customizing my bass, but i have realized that i don't want to go back to the stock sound, and want these electronics to go to someone who will use them!
these would be amazing in a parts bass, or to upgrade a mexican jazz or something...
anyway, i haven't been able to find a good price, as ebay only has people trying to gouge the buyer, and thus never selling them, or random pickups cheap and untested...
so, i am thinking $400 OBO for the whole package... if you want just the pickups or just the electronics, make me a reasonable offer...
