Ableton live 8 full suite with APC 40 controller

I'm still on the fence with this one so.....

APC40 is brand new, never gone out of the house.
Ableton live 8 is the full suite, huge awesome DAW. I have all the discs for installation, I can transfer my licence to the buyer.

APC40, is 299 new, so how about 200$
Live suite 8 is 599$, so how about 500$
