ACME low b2 part out or local p/up feeler

Sign in to disble this ad
I bought this on craigslist from a guy who was the original owner. I tested it out, all drivers function fine, no creasing etc .

The carpeting was in atrocious condition and it had those fugly metal edge protectors, so I intended to clean it up and refinish it with duratex and make it a nice little spare or sell it locally.

Now I am thinking of selling it/parting it out and funding a different project.

SO<

as a FEELER

The whole cab:
acme lowb2, down to bare wood, series I, no rat fur, otherwise fully functional, for local pickup within 1 hour of morris county NJ $175
She aint pretty, but she thumps.

not really interested in shipping... its 50 pounds.

OR

Part out (buyer pays actual shipping costs as per fedex ground):

crossover: 50
cabinet: 25
each 10" woofer: 60
tweet: 20
midrange: 30

If interest is low, I will rescind the part-out for obvious reasons.

I'm just not really sure what I should do with this cab, so I'll let the market decide.

The only trade I really would consider is a 3012LF NIB

Interest seems low.

No pic, needs refinishing, heck, I dont blame you.

Thinking maybe I'll keep and refinish this one?

Heck of a bump, huh?

series 1, 4 ohm,

shipping to ohio is not desireable as it would be pricey. 50 lbs unshipped, 25" x 16 x17 ish unpacked... add 3 pounds and 2" to each dimension. I dunno, maybe 50 bucks fedex ground?

PMS replied. I'd really prefer not to ship, as I dislike trying to find appropriate boxes and loath fighting with the fedex guys as to whether my triple layer frankenboxes are legit or not.

This one is quasi- on hold for a semi-local meetpickup pending some pics and perhaps some visual rehabbing...

I'll update status later. Until then, this thread should take the back seat to more pressing accessory gear sales.

thanks!
