Adam's Spring Sale #1! Pickups, Cables, Pickguards, Tuners!

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey guys! Just got my supporting membership today... great use of $20! Welcome to my little spring sale here; basically, I've accumulated a bunch of bass-related crap and need to get rid of it. This is part 1 of what will probably become a multi-part group of threads of me selling stuff. A lot of this is stuff from various bass projects. I will do combined shipping on items, also if you're looking to haggle or have any question or want more pics, just shoot me a PM! Also, I'll probably give you a discount if you buy multiple things from me. ONE LAST NOTE: all prices noted are given INCLUDING the cost of shipping to anywhere ConUS. If you're international, and want to buy something, we'll come up with a rate for you... just PM me! Here we go...

1. Here are two 20-foot long instrument cables. Here's the catch though: they're both broken. Plugged 'em in one day, they didn't work. The one on the left is Quantum, the one on the right... I forget what brand it is (bought on ebay) but it has gold tipped jacks, one of which is right angled. I'll take $10 each. Great buy if you know how to fix them, and at the very least, you get gold tipped jacks if you buy the blue one. 20 foot long instrument cables - SOLD

2. Here is a pickguard from an Epiphone Goth Thunderbird. As you can see... it was sprayed over a couple times with black paint, it doesn't look the greatest... $15 $10. If you've got paint stripper or something, go nuts, you can probably get the stuff off (FWIW, Krylon brand paint was used). I'll include the black mounting screws too if you want them.

3. A set of MIM Jazz Bass pickups. One neck, one bridge. Pulled from a 2004 Jazz Bass. Most of the time, the bass wasn't even being used, they were only really "used" for the last 6 months or so. Great conidition. $15 each; I'll take $25 for the set. All mounting hardware (covers, screws, that little foam block) is included. MIM Jazz pickups - SOLD

4. A 250K blend pot, with center detent. WD or Allparts, I believe. This isn't the actual photo; I haven't taken an actual photo of it because I haven't taken the thing out of it's packaging yet. It was purchased off ebay a couple weeks ago, following my thoughts of a V/B/T jazz bass... but I've since decided on a different setup, so it's yours. $15 $10. Inclueds all nuts and washers.

5. And finally, to conclude part 1 of my spring sale... a set of 4, in line, right handed gold Wilkinson bass tuners, bought somewhere around 6 months ago. 17:1 ratio, sealed gear. Has a diameter begginning at 8.5mm, then at the thicker part is 13.6mm, or about a half inch. I can't say enough good things about these tuners... they were on a bass only for a couple months, stayed in tune incredibly well... I only needed to tune that bass 2 or 3 times over several months. They turn great, feel great, definitely gig reliable... and they're gold! The pictures I have don't do them justice, mostly because I don't have that great a camera. But anyways. I'll take $25 shipped; they're in awesome, almost brand new condition, and I'll polish them before I send them out. All mounting hardware (washers, screws, mounting rings) included. (price on these still firm)

Thanks to all for looking! If you want to buy something, shoot me a PM, and if you don't buy something... at least give me a friendly neighborhood bump!

-Adam

NOTE: Pics of the cables and jazz pups were deleted to reduce the amount of large image files in this thread (stuff loads slower with those big files) and since both items were sold, I just deleted the pics.

If you look at the tuners, you can see that they are cast in a single piece so nope... not reversible.

wait... why wouldn't you be able to use them reversed? If you just stuck 'em on and (maybe) drilled a new hole... it would still work?

I need 'em in a 2+2 config for an EUB project and would also need them to be 3/8" to fit the headstock. Thanks though.

50 shipped for all of it (it costs more money to ship all this stuff so it's 50 instead of 45)
