This one is a 4 knob config, wired vol/blend/mid with option pull to shift frequency from 400hz to 800hz, and stacked bass/treble, 9 volt battery connection, and output jack.
These retail for $156
without the volume and blend pots. Then, add ~$6 each for some pots, and then spend more to get it wired up if you can't do that yourself; pushing street retail to ~$200+shipping from online retailers like this one:
