Bestbassgear custom wires them based on how they're ordered.

The PreAmps themselves come as shown in the picture. A small black box with a crap-load of wires coming off it.

Not for the electronically weak of heart.

yeah, it comes as shown, no pots or anything.
But it's not particularly hard to get it together.
