I was planning in installing it in one of my basses, but decided to keep it stock. I bought it from bestbassgear for $141 about 3 months ago. It's wired for vol-blend-bass-treble-mid (w/mid push/pull freq switch).

Includes preamp w/ wire leads, 3 EQ pots, battery connector, input jack, and wiring instructions.

$100 shipped.
