I bought this a little over a month ago from a fellow TBer, I bought it for my Cirrus, but never used it. It was used briefly by the previous owner in a Stingray, so it is wired V-B-M-T-Jack plus toggle for mid frequency.
if you have 2 pickups just add another volume pot (or use the existing ones)
