Yes, there is a Fender 70's Decal on the Headstock. The Decal was on it when I purchased the Neck. The Tuners included are Gotoh 70's Style.
The neck is in very good condition with the exception of two small screw holes on the front of the headstock that was on the neck when I purchased it and they were filled by the previous owner. They are really not very noticeable. Actually, I forgot they were there until I took the bass apart. I did my best to show them. One is left of the "D" Tuner, the other is under the String Tree. There are also filled screw holes beneath the tuners were smaller tuners were once installed.
