ladies & gentleman!
went thru my spares recently. realized i have some
USA super old school 6SL7 tubes i scored back when
i had the B15N which i sold years ago.
i assumed they were used when i scored them approx
10 yrs ago & tested out great using the amp & my ears.
recently i have aquired a Hickok 320 tube tester (thanks Dad!)
& found they tested out fine. here we go;
"RCA radiotron electron tube" this one has very cool oval shaped
plates that are gray colored. way old school---$25 plus ship 61mm from top of glass to bottom of black base
HOWEVER, the guide pin is 90% missing, means you have to eyeball it when installing.
for this reason you must pass an IQ test if you want to enjoy the pleasure of a 7 day satisfaction
guarantee----sorry.
"GE Electronic tube" exact same construction as the RCA tube
(oval) except plates are silver. newer i suspect. my suspicion
is that both tubes were made by GE. $25 plus ship
" Sylvania JAN-CHS-6SL7GT/VT229" military spec. beautiful cylinder
with a flange type opposing plates. secure a handful of these & you will be set for life aye? $35.00 plus ship
here is my shipping deal (Con US only)
1 tube----$7.50
2 tubes---$7.50
3 tubes---$7.50
all tubes are in excellent condition except for the guide on the RCA
talkbass member deal----satisfaction guarantee 7 days
you pay shipping, i will gladly pay a refund
