No. It's the classic 4-band. It doesn't come mounted in a plate.

I mounted it in a plate myself and added some nylon spacers so that the knobs are flush with the plate surface. The plate models are all 3 band eq. The advantage of this one is that it is 4 band with the upper and lower mid adjustments.

I like it a lot, I just got an offer for a plate one with the passive tone knob and realized that the passive tone is what I needed.
