USA only--got this used and decided I'm just going passive in my Jazz since I'm not using it much. Comes with box, instructions etc.... It's in great shape and it is THE easiest preamp to install

3 band EQ
Volume, Z-Mode switch, Mid/Balance stack, Treble/Bass stack, LED Battery Meter, & Output Jack.
