This pre is in mint condition, or very, very close. It includes the knobs. I'd say it's a 9.99/10. I sold the bass that this one was to be used on, so I no longer need it. Also available is a set of Bartolini Jazz pickups, by the way.
These are great preamps, and incredibly easy to install- require no soldering. I have one in a parts jazz bass with DiMarzio model J's, and it sounds great.
This one is set up as Volume, Z-Mode switch, Mid/Balance stack, Treble/Bass stack, LED Battery Meter, & Output Jack.
