I tried this preamp in a MIM Jazz Bass V, but found that I am just a passive guy. So...here you go TBworld.
This one's in tip-top shape with no scratches, dings and worked perfectly at the time I went back to the original electronics. After checking the past year's for-sale threads, they seem to be going for $125 shipped CONUS.

It comes in the original box, wrapped in its original electrostatic plastic, a bunch of bubble wrap, and the instructions and all that.
