That looks like a Darrell Jones plate.

You're right! That is a Darrell Jones plate....

How will that thing fit on a standard Jazz?
Will the plate still cover the cavity?
Will the slight curve on the bottom of the control plate leave the original hole in the Jazz bass exposed?

That's not an actual picture of my JZ3. My JZ3 came off a Jazz bass, not a Lakland DJ.
