Taken from a Fender Highway One Modded Jazz where it has lived for the past year. Works fine. Going passive on this bass.

This version is Vol Vol Treble/Bass stack.

Easy install. Even I could do it. Will include instructions although there are videos on Audere site and YouTube.

These come with the control plate and all correct?

Yes. The preamp is installed on a chrome control plate with chrome knobs.
