Axe Balancer (Counterweight)
 

I bought this in late 2011 to try to counteract neckdive from my T-bird (which I've since sold). I'm not certain that the company still even sells this product or is around anymore. It is described as a, "small, 7-ounce tungsten steel block with a non-reactive foam bottom that mounts to your bass under the strap button. The gadget acts as a counterweight at the farthest point from the headstock, preventing neck dive to save you from holding up the neck thereby causing tension and fatigue."

I spray painted it black, and it can be re-painted any color. Selling with a long screw, which will go through your existing strap pin as shown in the picture.

Bought it for $39.99, plus shipping (which took it to $50). Frankly, seemed expensive to me for what it was - but there really aren't other similar options out there.
