These are the models I've found,
Sold!
MM4CBC - dual coil humbucker
List Price $125USD/ea.
MM4CBJD - quad coil - switch able (2 CBJD units in each pickup)
List Price $170USD/ea.
The model i have has 6 conductors/posts, then it is a triple-coil model. These are less common and have a "dummy" coil inside, which lets you use either of the other coils for a more single-coil-like tone.
Here are the wiring diagrams for the Bartolini MME triple-coil pickup:

It looks like each of the two "sensing coils" are intended to be used together, or with the "dummy" coil. I think this precludes treating this as two separate pickups, with a volume control for each sensing coil.
Of course you could probably wire it up to do that, but you'd run the risk of picking up EM interference since it would only be humbucking when both volume controls were on full.
But you could wire it up with a switch (to select the coils) and then a passive volume and tone control (VT).
$40.00 bucks shipped. Will post pic's soon.
