I have a Bartolini NTMB-918. Voume(Pull passive)/Balance/Mid(push/pull, 400hz/800hz)/Stacked Bass,treble. 4 knob configuration. Preamp and pots included wired up.

pulled out of a bass I bought on talkbass. functions no problem. does not include knobs.
