Here is a pre-wired Bartolini NTMB-918F pre. These are great preamps and will work with all passive pickups.
This is a 3-band pre and can be run with 9V or 18V. It also has the gain trim micro pot. It comes with three 50K pots, a 250K dual pot, a 250K push-pull pot, and a surface-mount jack. These are about $90 new.
First $65 plus shipping takes it.
