Bartolini NTMB preamp, 18v, 4 knob, 2 pickup configuration. Controls are volume, blend, mid boost/cut with pull switch frequency selector, bass / treble boost/cut (stacked). Includes mounting hardware and chrome knobs shown. I accidentally cut one of the green wires to the gain trim pot, you can see this in the photo. Should be easy to fix.
It does NOT have an active/passive switch; it is active only.
$100 shipped in USA lower 48.
