Bass Preamp $15 shipped

bought it here on TB a while back. I dont know much more about it. The prior user stated it worked great, and he gigged it for a while. After buying it, I never installed (or really even opened it).

asking $15 shipped, which seems pretty fair, especially for a an SX project upgrade or something similar.

I have a pic that I will post, but I have to admit its really a crap pic.

Brand? no idea

COntrols? 4 knobs... I imagine 2 vol and 2 Eq.

I'll look on the back of the chip and see if I can figure it out, but I think this one will ultimately go in the "I just dont know" box.

I know, lousy picture.

You can see 2 mini toggles, 4 pots, a 9v jack, and a 1/4" jack. You can also see the pre circuit.

I vaguely recall the original owner saying one switch is a kill... the other???

Sorry I cant be clearer. I'll try to find some distinguishing marks on it to help in ID-ing later.
