Basslines SMB-5

Here's a SMB-5 (not sure of which type) that came installed on my used 1998 Used EB Stingray5. The origianl owner had included the original pickup, which I had put back in. This worked fine, but I wanted an all original SR. $40 shipped CONUS.

Also take a trade for something bass related, stompbox, strings (5 string med, SS).. This thing is going to waste in my drawer...

If someone can identify which type it is from the pictures, I'd appreciate it!
