Selling my black CIJ Jazz body that's loaded with DiMarzio USA Ultra Jazz pickups. The body is in great shape (maybe a ding or two, but a 9 out of 10 easy). This body was manufactured to Fender specs by Bacchus Custom Basses of Japan. Bacchus is pretty much known as the "Sadowsky" of Japan. They hand make custom basses, and their stuff is top notch (do a search in the forums and you will see)! I took the Bacchus neck off and it bolted right up to a MIA Fender '62 RI body as did the pickguard (control plate and bridge are also made at or better than Fender MIA spec). The Bacchus neck fit right in the '62 body with no sanding needed, no extra holes had to be drilled and the pocket was very tight which means that a MIA Fender neck should fit exactly on this body. This is a true custom, hand-made body folks. Not some mass-produced piece of crap.

So what you get is:
Body (I believe it's ash, but not 100% sure)
2 - DiMarzio Ultra Jazz pickups (installed at the factory)
Control plate w pots, knobs (all wiring complete and un-altered from factory)
Pearloid pickguard
The Bridge
All this for $285 shipped (insurance included)!!!! Bolt a neck on and she's ready to rock!

any interest in selling pickups ..?? or a partial trade for a set of Fender Vintage single coil pups .. the one's with the cloth wire .... ?? currenty installed and work great , ... i have some Model J pups in another bass .... i'd like to try the Ultras ...
