I just received a PM claiming that he'll send my book out today. Last chance before moderators and PayPal get involved.

I have been 'in negotiations' w/seth for several weeks now. In my last two PMs I stated that if my book(Bach scales)is not already in transit, then I would like my funds back via Paypal. I stated further that if the book IS moving, I would like a tracking #. My last PM went out last night; I'm now waiting to hear from him.

I have a feeling that if I don't get any word about a tracking number from him by Friday I'll be filing complaint here and at PayPal. I suggest you and MA59 do the same.

I'm giving him 24 hours to respond to my last PM(last night). So Seth, if you're reading this you have until tonight to make things right.

Still no word from Seth. Pretty convinced we've been scammed now.

Thumbs down

And to think, I almost sent him over $60 for 3 books... when it took him forever to get back to be and then when he casually thought he would toss in shipping charges on my order when only one of the three books I had ordered was going to need shipping because it was the size of a phone book. Somehow on his org. thread it got deleted, on that thread IIRC only the "Bass Tab Whitepages" required shipping because it was so large and heavy, so I assumed that was the case and would only be charged shipping on that one item when the other items we agreed where the shipped price. That deemed not to be the case and he tried to charge me shipping on all items, for the prices he was going to charge me he would have came off a lot cheaper getting a box and some foam peanuts and shipping it flat rate which he did not do, he wanted to charge me shipping per item which his rates IMO was outrageous. So without me backing out just yet on the order, he went ahead and sold the other books I had on hold and they went to the next in line person which I found very unprofessional... so I let the next guy in line on the Pantera book pay a new price on a used book.

Just my two cents fellow Tbers and Admin's, I was advised by a couple of fellow TBers to tell my story so If I am out of line posting it here than let me know I just thought this would be the place to put it so everyone and Seth could see it!

Peace,

Yeah, our friend seems a little stressed/pre-occupied/???

I have sent him an e-mail. Hopefully he will check things out here, and square things away. He's got decent feedback, so I'm sure he's gonna come through...

Optomistic Regards,
