$55 shipped to lower 48. Works great, no problems, no manual, no box. A few minor paint chips, but never been dropped or dinged. The black vinyl on the back of the 9V thingy is gone, but that doesnt affect it one bit.

(PS--And if you're thinking "Is that an officially licensed Twister beach towel in those photos?!?!" and also "Do I really want to buy a pedal from a guy who would get an impromptu Twister thing going at the beach with random bikini babes?!?!?" then the answers are yes and yes.)

Does this work well with 5-string (low B) and/or downtuned basses? Thanks!

It should work fine. I used it for a drop-D bass that was flat-tuned, so that's a C#. However, whatever tuner I've used, I tune the low string by hitting a 12th fret harmonic--it seems to stabilize the string and the tuner a lot faster. Hope that helps.
