SOLD! An ART Levelar tube (valve) compressor... SOLD! An Aramat Tubular Tremolo pedal...
Still available:
A Boss TU-50 Pro rackmount tuner (half-rack width); their Pro series units are unkillable and very clean sounding. This one can be muted with a remote footswitch, and there is no tone suckage whether engaged or bypassed. It tunes an open E no problem, but honestly it can't handle an open low B. I tested it against my Peterson strobostomp, and the tuning accuracy is dead solid. When the green "in tune" light on the Boss lit up, the Strobo rotor display was not moving even a tiny bit. It does have some dings and rack wear, but nothing that would interfere with its function. It comes with the original 12VAC power supply.
$85 plus shipping. Priority Mail within the USA will be $15, and Express Mail internationally will be $30. I happily take Paypal, money orders, personal checks, and even some kinds of wampum.
Please check my feedback here on TB and also on Ebay: http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAP...me=STRK:ME:UFS Thanks!

I'd say if you're down-tuning, you'd want to tune to a couple of fretted notes on the low string rather than an open Db, if only to save time waiting for it to think about it. |

Bump for Bongo,
Jay

EDIT: duh... there's a volume control on it.
i guess, basically, i'm just wondering if the tremolo "volume-dip" is rectifiable with the aramat...

IME the setting where the signal level is at a "perceived" (RMS) unity gain is with the volume knob at around 9:00. From there on up it has a serious amount of boost on tap. |

I'm convinced that Aramat is just a BYOC kit anyways, but at least it was already assembled!

I bought an Aramat 808 clone in 2001 IIRC, and BYOC didn't start 'til 2004. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
