Bound and Blocked Maple SX Jazz Neck-Old Headstock!

Got this from another TB member a few months ago to do a mod project. Put it on the bass for a few months then took the bass apart again. Decided to go a different direction so I'm selling most of the parts from that bass. Here is a SX jazz neck in excellent shape. It was new when I got it so it has almost no wear! As far as I can tell the blocks are painted, not inlays. Gloss finish front and back. There is a small black mark under the gloss finish at the ninth fret. Includes tuners, string retainer and neck plate with screws. $70 shipped ConUS.

Not sure. It could be just a minor imperfection in the wood.
