Brand new Nitro finish fender P bass body-sunburst

Sign in to disble this ad
Brandnew, I decided to go a different route with my project. It has 2 slight , tiny chips in the neckpocket area there when i recieved it. The bass was made 1/24/2011 , not even 2 months old.

Great burst and nice nitro satin paint, if your building a vintage style bass this would look great.

Reliable fender on ebay will sell you the same thing but it will cost you almost 100$ More (see link)

http://cgi.ebay.com/2010-USA-Fender-...item2c5ac0195e

I dont know the weight but its really light like all of these highway 1's are.

225$ shipped CONUS

250$ shipped CONUS with brandnew fender vintage style bridge

date but my camera sucks at focusing 1/24/2011

Geez, that is a great price on a really nice body. The "impulse" side of me wants it, but the "logical" side of me says "dude, you've already got way too many projects"....

....so I guess this'll just be a free bump !

This should sell FAST at this price !

Yeah, I can't believe this didn't sell yet. I need another P like a hole in the head, but I'm tempted anyway...

How bout a Mike Dirnt neck plus some cash?

Yep still here , had some offers but i am staying firm with this one.

The vintage bridge is new in the packaging still, also the body does include the strap pins as shown in the picture.

Sorry man! I have owned 2 Dirnts in my past , just not my cup of tea

Do you find that the Badass bridge has left a depression, or other mark, that would not be covered up by a vintage-style bridge? That is the case with the two Highway one basses I have owned.

I really like the finish on these bodies. I'd like to try to buff one out to a little higher sheen, just to check it out. I bet it would look vintage-nitro lovely.

When putting the vinateg style bridge on it you cant see anything left by the badass except a tiny faint line running north to south along the g string side about 1/4 inch long , the badass barely left any mark because of the fact the body is only 1 1/2 months old so it did not depress into the finish much at all , with the vintage bridge on you would be really hard pressed to see any markings left behind by it , maybe that faint line and thats a maybe and you would have to be pretty anal and staring at it to see.

I was wanting to buff this one up to , but went with another body, and if it was buffed i bet it wouldd remove all marks the badass caused because its simply a haze into its clear.
