Here's the scoop from Pearson;
This rack has fronts and backs. The shell is standard 19" wide, and 20 3/4" deep on the inside. Edges are rounded over for better durability and feel. Choose grey or black carpet. Pretapped metal rack rail is flush with the front. Clearance from rack rail back with lids on is 18 3/4 ". Clearance from rack rail forward with lids on is 2". Each lid fastens with a twist latch on one side and a break-apart hinge on the other. With the lids off, shell is 16 3/4". One thick grip spring loaded handle and 5-ply construction. Inside corners are reinforced for strength. Hardware is black.
