This is a 25' stereo cable. It has one mono end, that splits into 2 stereo. The mono has a ring and tip connections, and it splits it into a separate cable for each connections. It works absolutely perfect for a Rickenbacker in the Ric-O-Sound output jack. It'll send one pickup to each stereo output, and you can send it to 2 different amps

The brand is Rapco Horizon. Unsure on the model. I bought it new from rmcaudio about 2 months ago. The splits occurs at about 23 ft. There is 2 feet of each stereo end. I easily ran it with 2 amps side by side.
It is a very solid cable, and I've had no problems at all with noise or crackling.
