Used it for about a month. I really like the string height adjustment, 1 alan screw pretty precise. Takes a few minutes to figure out whats going on. But after that its a breeze.
The theory is that the cams transfer more vibrations to the wood, compared to traditional saddles. More saddle contact. I noticed a difference. At least in the sustain department.
