I literally just got these today and put them on my Jazz. I like them, but I like me La Bella's just a bit more and I don't want to have to break in another set of flats.

I did cut them and play them for about an hour, cut for a Fender style inline 4 headstock. I did string them through the body just to keep some extra length, I barely cut any off.

What gauge are these? Will they fit a bass that is 42" from the bridge to the G tuning key? The strings are also back fed so that will add a bit, plus a couple of inches for tuning it up.
