I ordered this for a project that didn't happen, and it's still brand new in it's packaging. It's a dual 250k balance blend pot, with center detent, from AllParts (product number EP-0385-000). It's still in it's packaging, so obviously it includes all the mounting hardware, etc. It's $10 on the AllParts website (not including shipping) so it's yours for $12 $10 shipped.
