I need to get a good pic. EMG Hum and p. Out of a Hamer usa. No knobs or anything. I think its a 35 size bridge wise, and P at the neck.

Lottsa lead left.

Back of the bridge says....EMG_HB (other sticker says ILG).
Back of the P pickups says. IJF.

They are encased. ( Can't see the guts).

I guess there is a coupla string marks on the bridge cover. I have no idea on the value. Seems that the springs and screws are with the HB. I'm guessing they are around '03 or so.

I took some pics of the pups. Photobucket froze up. I will add pics Monday night.

Basspro kinda beat you on this. He pm'd me and said he wanted the P. He wasn't waiting for an auction. BUT... you will be next in line! I do know how this works... people gets mad.

bunnykeeper, I'm really sorry. But you will be next in line. You said you were interested depending on a ebay auction. Someone else came in and wanted to buy. I sell to the first person with money. He may not want the P... and I lose a sale to you.

I hope you know, if you are REALLY wanting something, tell me. Don't tell me you are trying to find the same thing on ebay. And then get mad when I sell it to someone else. That is NOT fair. This is not an auction house. Would you like it if you were selling a bass, and I said WAIT..... let me bid on one on the bay......... if I lose that bid, I'll buy yours. This crap mighta hurt me from selling the p pup. I'm a good guy. If the guy that beat you to it doesn't come through and pay.... you can have the EMG P for FREE. Just pay $25.00 for shipping.

I deleted a bunch of crap. Leave it at that. I was selling P pups. Your reply to me was for such pups. All of a sudden it went to I was selling a P body. I am not sorry I didn't wait for you to find out if you won a ebay pup.

@Bunnykeeper..What does bidding on a P-bass body on E-bay have to do with the P-pickups Hamertek98 is selling here or anything on this site? If you needed pups for the body your bidding on you should of grabbed these while you could, now i'm afraid your too late.

I don't know why hamertek decided to post all of this publicly. We were having a discussion via PM, and he decided he needed to share it with others for some reason.

Let's see what happened here.

I was bidding on a p-bass body on eBay. I was hoping to win that auction, then purchase hamertek's EMG pickup, to put in that body. Hamertek seemed quite eager to unload the EMG, so I posted that I was interested, pending the outcome of the auction. Are you with me so far?

Then I see that someone else beat me to it. I e-mail hamertek saying that if the EMG becomes available, I'm interested, and will pay the full asking price.

Hamertek responds, saying,

I PM back, less than 20 minutes later, saying that I'm still interested. The response?

Somewhat confused by this, I reply and ask for an explanation, but hamertek decides instead to call me out publicly, for something I didn't even do. All he had to say was, "Sorry, first come first serve," and leave it at that. Believe me, I would've been fine with that. But to take it public and then make accusations?

And now basspro is jumping in... I'm not even going to bother with that.

I don't know what happened here. Maybe it was another case of too much Jager (see hamertek's earlier post). Whatever. Just let it go, guys, OK?
