EMG active P set with pickguard, pots, etc.

This is an EMG active p-bass set, W/B/W pickguard, pots, jack, and knobs that were on my japanese p-bass when I bought it.

I just returned from my friend's shop where he replaced them with a fralin and a tortoise shell pg. Everything works great but I'm really not into the EMG sound.

We decided to replace the pots and jack as well so that the new owner would have a drop-in replacement (you'll need only to re-solder two wires once the pickup is in place). With the included pots, the battery fit into the electronics cavity in the body of the japanese p-bass with no alterations.

Just to be clear, you will receive the following: pickup with wiring and screws (i'll even throw in the battery that still works if you wish), pickguard with pots and jack, and the pictured black knobs(I re-used the pg screws on my bass).

I'm not really sure what I "need" that would be in this price range (I'm not really into effects). I do need a set of flats for the bass that these came off of and would do a partial trade for the right set.

Other than that, surprise me.

FWIW, I just remembered my friend saying that it wasn't wired for an underbridge ground. It was quiet before so I guess it isn't really an issue, I just wanted to be clear.
