I think that they work great in just about any circumstance, to me they seem to tighten up the bass sound on stage.

Got it!!! and it did EXACTLY what I was hoping for. No More 440 blooms in the room we play in. SWEET!!!

Okay, I have a Gramma, which I think is great, but what is a 440 bloom?
