I just took them out a bass I got from a TB member and replaced with Fender Noiseless. They seem to be generic Jazz pickups.

Long story! | Just a heads up, I've been reading up on RW/RP a lot for a Strat project and this should be easy enough to figure out. If you hold the pickups near each other and the magnets attract, they're reverse polarity. If they repel, they're not. As for reverse wind, I believe if they don't hum cancel when wired one way then wiring one of the pickups backwards (ground=>hot, vice versa) will do the trick.
