F/S Warmoth P bass neck, project

Hi, I bought this used with a cracked headstock, with plans to fix it and paint it to match my P bass body. At the time I have to many other things I am doing so this has to go.
There are 2 superficial cracks and they appear to be an easy fix.
Overall the neck appears almost new, there is still lacquer on the frets.
Asking $100/shipped.

It is the standard Warmoth 1 11/16.
