Fender 70's single piece Maple neck/ Gotoh Res-o-lite tuners
Up for sale is a single piece maple neck from a 1978 Fender Precision Bass. I bought this as it matches my 1976 fretless neck dimensions and feels pretty much the same. Neck has a fair amount of wear but feels oh so right. Installed are a set of Gotoh Res-o-lite tuners (GB528 I believe) this particular model are simply the best tuners I have ever used and I have used a lot. If you wanted to put some vintage tuners on they would cover the two wholes added by these tuners. Truss rod works fine and the 70's neck plate and pad will be included.
Most wear are in the top of the headstock and ther are some dings in the back of the neck. Frets are in good shape and the nut is the original. Currently setup on a jazz body and is capable of a very low easy playing setup.
