Up for sale is this '62 Fender Japan Jazz Bass RI body, Alder, in absolutely mint condition. Excellent jazz bass body cuts as well, smooth and thin with the vintage style rounded curves. This is also the deepest most lustrous poly paintjob I've ever seen. Weight is just under 5 and a half pounds. Built up it would weigh between 9 and 9.5 lbs.
