Questions:

1. Is this a Fender replacement or an aftermarket brand?

2. If it's aftermarket, which brand?

3. Is it for an MIA Vintage, MIA Standard, MIA Deluxe, MIM, etc.?

I got it for an american standard, and l am not sure of the make. I actually just got it from this ad but decided to stay with what i have:
