| Fender nickel-plated rounds (.045-.105), cheap, almost new These came off a brand new Fender 70s Precision pretty much as soon as it arrived. They haven't been played minus a few twangs and thumps when I first tested it out. Nothing wrong with 'em -- I'm just a flats guy so I have no use for them.
Fender's specs on the bass says it ships with Fender NPS (nickel-plated steel) strings and that the gauge is .045-.105. I'd assumed these were the Fender 7250s, but I have no way to tell. They have no silk windings.
Cut (obviously) for a Precision with plenty of wraps, but not strung through the body. $10 shipped. |
